Hi. I’m working on some signs that will be used outdoors. I wanted to coat the background with a white epoxy-like material. I’m just finding out that epoxy might not be suitable for outdoor use due to uv damage.
We’re hoping to avoid painting because pouring would be considerably less labor for prep and hand painting. Does alumilite offer a pourable and tintable product that can withstand sunlight? Thanks in advance

Alumilite has Amazing Clear Cast Plus that is UV resistant : www.alumilite.com/resins/amazing-clear-cast-plus/It's also a pourable and tintable epoxy. I used it on a sun catcher that I made when ACC+ first came out that hangs in a window that gets full sun every day and it hasn't yellowed yet. I hope this helps you and if you use it, be sure to let Alumilite (and us here on the forum) know if it yellows on you.

How well does Alumilite amazing clear cast plus hold colors like iridescent red and orange? It says on the info for the product that is has 400 degree F. heat resistance, but only 100 degree heat deflection - what's the difference?
