So I'm pouring with rc3 tan, and I make really thin parts that have threads and screw on somethings. I also color with alumilite dye or mica powder. For some reason even after a week some of the products won't harden all the way and is really flexible still. Every so often they will be hard as ever and then some won't. I mix them evenly and everything. Does anyone know what is going on ?

....A couple of questions... Was this all one pour w/ multiple molds poured? How many Grams/Ounces in side "A" and how many in side "B" were mixed? Were the molds warmed prior to pouring?

I am using 37ml of part a & b. I usually keep pumps on them but bottle says to close it up each time ? I live in texas ans humidity is horrible here. Maybe that has something to do with it ?? I don't warm my molds up at all. I just mix it ams pour it

Yes humidity will do that to a casting. I don't use the pumps but yes it is always best to keep the bottles as tightly closed as possible when you have a lot of humidity in the air and warming the molds will help in that situation.

So.heat to my mds ruined them. I have an inside and outside mold that goes together and the inside has threads and when I heated it up like the customer service lady told me it stretched th mold out and is no good now.

Is it a mold that you bought or one you made yourself? And if you made it yourself, which mold material did you use? I haven't seen molds that I made from HS-3 or the Plat 25 do that when I warmed them so I'm wondering what happened.

.....I've had HS-2,HS-3 in a toaster oven at 120 degrees give or take for upwards of an hour with no issues, ever.
