I recently purchased Alumilite Amazing clear cast. I was able to cast something after about three months. Part B flowed very well through the pump. Part A was extremely thick and bottle was collapsing under the pressure of pumping. The cast did harden. I tried a second casting and heated the resin in a hot water bath, it flowed better but was still thick. Is there a way to thin the resin?

Dear TTPSURF,
The best way to thin the viscosity is the hot water bath, temperatures of 120-140F which would be hot tap water, not boiling. If it don't thin out after first bath before water gets cold, try a second round with hot water that typically works.
Storing it and using it in a warm room is helpful for keeping viscosity thinner. Are you coating or pouring the resin in a mold?
Have a great day TTPSURF.
Warmest Regards,
Carol
