VERY VERY Long story short, I bought this resin on amazon. When it arrived, it didn't work, it would be stickey, soft, and horrible. I was on a trip and when I came back, I was no longer allowed to ask for a return for my resin. I contacted this forums support and I only got tips how to improve my resin, no actual help about returning and getting a REPLACEMENT (all the staff on the phone were scared about me asking for a refund, I just wanted a replacement). Basically one of the mods named Carol Wedland "helped" me and she would be worried that I would be joking about my problem, one time calling me an "pain" if this resin did work. She argees to take back my RESIN, and heres the terms If the resin worked for her, she would send me back the resin If it didn't work, they'd send me a replacement.
After 3 weeks of waiting for a response, and ME asking for a update, she said it worked.
I asked her to try the little molds because I make mods of lego peices, she said she'd try it, and I never got a reply(last reply was Feb 15). Yet I just checked and she is active on the forum, so hopefully she sees this.
I bet they wasted so much of my resin that the bottle is gone. (I drew marks to show how much resin I wasted, and how much they wasted)
PLEASE give me a replacement, Ive been waiting SO long for it and I get no answers.

Dear Freshytx,
I have left several messages by phone no one returns the call... I explained once about thin pieces must have the mold warmed, this is an exothermic resin and in thin pieces sometimes it needs an assist with the heat as there is not enough mass to generate the heat for a total cure. I understand you talked to other staff here and was given the same advice. I have asked you to call me so I can explain on the phone, as sometimes email can be a bit harder to relay the why's. That way if you have more need of assistance in elaborating on the answers it will make more sense.
Yes we did take back the resin and it has been tested several times in thick and thin pieces it is working fine. We do not use up resin and send back less then we received in first of all. Second of all we typically put it back to full.
Again Freshtx, please call here, let me help you to see why the resin works the way it does and potentially make your application a success.
No one here would be "scared" to give a refund, we stand behind our product. If it is product failure we would replace it no questions asked, we would then test to determine why and fix it, that is our policy.
Warmest Regards,
Carol
