I am having trouble with resin pulling pieces of the mold out. I am casting small pieces for hot wheels customs. Using HS3 Mold and RC3 tan. I made 20+ successful Pcs. then the mold starts to come apart, even on long flat sections. demolding 10 to 15 minutes after pour. any help would be appreciated. Note: not tearing at undercuts or corners.

BCW,
Can you send me a picture of the mold, that would help me. It sounds like the mold is degrading, the yield can vary depending on undercuts, drafts, type of silicone used, whether a release is used, how big the piece is (because of the heat generated by the resin), if it is consecutive castings like it would be done in a production environment, and other variables. If it is for hot wheels it certainly wouldn't be size, so seeing the mold could help me.
Regards,
Carol
