I've been playing around with the idea of creating my own bench top mixing and dispensing unit for doing high volume castings of small parts... has anyone already created this "wheel"... rather not reinvent if possible... the commercial ones are ridiculous in price. Was thinking of picking up a couple of used I V delivery units as the beginning... where we can set volume/speed of delivery into a manifold that uses a static mixing tube...
any thoughts or suggestions?

HyeCaster,
I will look into this for you. In the past people have made some (using our resins), I shall see if I can get some direction for you on how to make yours. Unfortunately sometimes people don't like to share their successes I will see what I can do.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Regards,
Carol

Ron,
I have found a tabletop Rotational Casting machine that is very unique and works extremely well. The only dispensing machines I have found is a company in Mt. Pleasant MI. Rook Metered Measuring machines is their name. I do not know if they have small table top units but I do know they do customize machines for many people/companies.
Regards,
Carol
