Hello! I've had this happen to me once before, I didn't even make it half way through the bottles when it started turning cloudy, and then it started to produce so many bubbles making my work unsalvageable I ended up only getting to use about 20% of the bottle with no issues. I've kept both the bottles since part A works fine and has nothing wrong with it.
This is what I've done with the second bottle. I thought maybe I switched the caps and ruined the first so I marked the caps properly and have yet to mistake them. I use a different pipette with each bottle always replacing the yellow since I use that one to mix and cast my goods (I did this before as well). The only mistake I have done with these bottles is leaving the lid off for maybe 4 hours and even then there is only enough space in the seal for a pipette to fit. On average its 80f/26c in my house during the summer, I had the first bottles in the winter-spring when it was typically closer to 65f/22c I am getting this information from the AC so its not 100%
Why is this happening and how can I get it to stop?
Thank you very much for reading.

Dear MJ,
The polyurethane resins are extremely moisture sensitive in their liquid states. Leaving the caps off for 4 minutes is not recommended, leaving off for four hours could surely have had an impact on the resin.
The resins must have caps on TIGHT at all times, as soon as you pour out into your measuring and mixing vessels caps back on tight. Then immediately mix and pour into your mold to start the curing. It should be stored at room temperature however temperature is not so much the issue it is humidity. Temperature can alter your open times, chilled will give you a bit more and heat will give you a bit less.
Always store and use in a climate controlled environment helps, low humidity and introduce nothing water based to the resin.
Regards,
Carol
