did not have enough aluminite can I pour on top of cured aluminite ?

Absolutely, they will chemically bond together like it was all one pour. No problem at all. Just simply, mix more and pour it. Do not put anything between the two layers to try to prep it ... it doesn't need it. Just mix and pour.
