I have a musical mouthpiece made of delrin/polypenco that I would like to replicate. It is similar to a recorder/whistle, just a flattened tube that the lips wrap around. What resin would work best for this?

I would not recommend using a cast resin for this application. Too many chances for material to be mixed off ratio or not fully cured that you'd want to avoid contact with, especially the mouth.
