Hey I want to cast a 3.5" * 5" massing model (solid) and I am using amazing clear cast. I am wondering if it is good for cast a thick/large model at once?

Yes, you can use Amazing Clear Cast but it will more than likely shrink in the corners as well as contain air bubbles unless you pressure cast it. Due to the bulk of the casting, it will create quite a bit of exotherm (heat) while curing and will more than likely be a darker translucent color due to the heat created when curing. Expect the open time and demold times to be dramatically less as the open time is measured at a 100 gram mass.
Another option if you need transparency is the Alumilite Clear Slow ... 12 minute open time ... would still require pressure casting for a bubble free solid model.
If you do not need transparency in the part, I'd recommend our Replicator 400 as it is a filled system with less shrinkage.
