I have alumilite tan. Poured into abs form. I believe the release was used but some areas are locked together. Slide thin piece of abs around and can seperate some, a few areas tough to do that with. Putting in freezer help, or as I saw with silicone mold comments, some rubbing alcohol might help?

Gary,
What release do you believe was used Gary? I don't think putting it in the freezer would help at all. If anything heat would help more to soften the resin. Do not start it on fire or use open flame, put it somewhere where it is very warm (of course depending on the temperature the ABS can take). The resin will start to soften (not melt) at 200F no need to go over the 200F... it may pull away enough with the heat to help you dislodge it Gary. Rubbing alcohol can help a bit as well.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Regards,
Carol
