I'm creating replicas of ice-candles for a community project using the Water Clear resin, and have a few unusual questions: - I actually prefer more bubbles in my resin, because the form will be lit by an LED and each bubble helps refract the light and add to a glowing effect. Any tips for causing more?
- For the same reason, being somewhat cloudier would be a good thing for my purposes. Is the end product still stable and safe to handle if it was created with slightly more A part? How much more A would cause this, and how much is too far from 1:1 weight?
- Can I sand the solidified resin, in order to make the outside look "frosted?" Is the dust this would create hazardous in any way?

Yes, you can sand it and yes you do want to wear protective clothing, dust mask, etc. Sanding urethanes will re-expose the iso which you want to avoid breathing or contact with skin. Wet sanding helps control the dust aspect and works well.
Adding a small amount of microballoons is another way to make it cloudy without messing with the mix ratio too much. You can increase the A side a little bit but would not recommend going over 5%.
