What kind of material do I need to cast the blue blaster? I already made the mold model but have no clue how to cast the product. It feels like plastic but lightweight and its transparent (see through). How do I create a replica? Thank you

Bangome,
You will need the Alumilite Clear Slow and some HS2 silicone for a two piece mold. A rubber to rubber mold release, along with the Alumilite (never hardening clay/blue). There are alot of drafts and serious undercuts on this piece that could be a bit tricky to fill, along with some thin pieces towards the arm that will/could not have a lot of strength once it has cured.
Bangome do you have degassing equipment? If not the Alumilite Clear will have some air bubbles in the cast resin piece/replica. On our website a good tutorial on degassing and also how to make that two piece mold.
If you would like to call to have it explained, please feel free to do so.
Regards,
Carol

Another option is the use the Amazing Clear Cast which would eliminate the requirement of the degassing or pressure. If you have those capabilities ... by all means we would recommend it ... even when using the Amazing Clear Cast however it is not required. By mixing slowly and thoroughly you can pour a good blue blaster without having to degas or pressure cast.
Simply make a mold using the High Strength 2 mold making rubber of a blue blaster you either created or one you'd like to customize/duplicate.
Once you have your mold, you are ready to mix some Amazing Clear Cast and add you dye color of choice. Allow it to cure and demold.
