Hi everyone,
Not sure if it's the right forum (if not i will delete the thread), essentially i'm trying to reproduce the classic "marble effect" with one (or multiple) colors....i'm working with acrylic resin (PMMA resin), and i can produce sheets of acrylic of different thickness.
Have you got some feedback how can i obtain that particular effect? because the colors of the sheets become omogenous after the polymerization (takes hours) i tried dyes and paste as colors, but nothing....i think there is some additive or something to obtain those effects..
If you have the solution thanks a lot, if i mistaken the topics of the forum, sorry a lot

Thanks a lot, as i said I started to work with acrylic resin and it's behaviour is a little different from epoxy, i would like to obtain this kind of effect But i can't understand how to obtain it.....because if i left the resin to set a little so it become more viscous, i'm not able to otbtain this level of mixing color, in the image they seem so smoky..... any idea? Also to polymerize i use a tank of hot water (60 °C) because you do it in this way with cast acrylic
