I've got access to a nice SLA 3D printer (a professional grade $300k system), and am thinking of casting some molds.
1. Does RC3 get hot as it cures? If so, how hot does it get? 2. Using something like RC3- - what draft angles should I try to use? 3. what are the best mold release agents for RC3? 4. Is there a better urethane resin for hard products (I need to replicate ABS product strength)

Yes RC-3 does get hot as it cures, not hot enough to burn you but it might be hot enough to slightly "melt" an ABS print. Though I don't normally have a problem with that as the only time I add it to a print is by the droplet and that doesn't get hot enough to melt anything. I'm not sure what you mean by the draft angles, please explain that further so I can be sure of what you are doing with them. Alumilite Amazing Mold Release would work - www.alumilite.com/amazing-mold-release/ . If you're pouring into hard mold and I'm understanding that SLA is a resin type 3D print material, I'd go with one of the Clears as they have a longer open time and don't get as hot as RC-3 : www.alumilite.com/products/clear-resins/
