I race off road RC Cars and breaking parts is both common and expensive. I want to know what if any products are offered that is hard, durable, and will still give a little bit of flex..

It's been about 20 years since I raced 10th scale on road (oval, carpet and dirt)....what are you thinking about trying to cast..."A" arms would be doable, wheels could be done, but would require a bit more clean up to make them balanced.....chassis would be easy. Let me do some looking into this and see what products Alumilite has that will work for this purpose and what wont. I promise a response A.S.A.P

Blayzaj, Alumilite will work cosmetically for all most any application, RC is tough because most parts are thin and do take alot of abuse/impact. We have the Alumilite Flexible urethanes you could test for the pieces you need. I am thinking perhaps the Flex 70 or 80-- www.alumilite.com/store/p/967-Flex-80.aspx -- may be something to read up on, there are 5 different hardness types in this series Blayzaj to look at. If there is anything else let us know. Happy New Year! Regards, Carol
