I’m making a coffee table with candy embedded. I have a tray covered in candy that I want to pour resin over. I hope the water content won’t be an issue. Should I do one deep pour with the amazing deep pour product? If so, will the candy float? Or is it better to use the amazing clear casting product in layers so that the candy stays put and maybe there are less bubbles?

Is there any way you could make a resin copy of the candy instead? If you make a silicone copy of the candy and cast a resin copy then you wouldn't need to worry about the water content. But if you really have to use the candy, yes it might float so you might want to put a dab of glue underneath it to hold it in place. You might also want to do a "sealing" layer by brushing on a thin layer of the resin first to seal the candy then if you have access to a vacuum chamber, that should remove almost all the bubbles. If you have one then a deep pour is fine but if you don't, then just mix slowly and then pour slow and carefully to prevent as many bubbles as you can. Going with layers will help prevent bubbles too and the resin will bond to itself so you shouldn't see any visible lines in it.
For a coffee table, I'd go with Amazing Clear Cast Plus - be sure it has the "Plus" part as the Plus has UV protection and I'm thinking the table will get lots of sunlight on it.
