Best technique to create a mold for this sculpture?

Hello what would be the best technique 1 piece or 2 piece mold for this?  and on the bottom base where the legs are there are a lot of huge areas that there would be no way i can take it out if it was a 1 piece mold... so yah i'm thinking 2 piece mold?

any tips on doing something this intricate?  scales on the dragon are popping uut indidually too so there is a lot of detail
