I recently attempted my first wood and Alumilite Slow Clear. The mating edges where the wood and resin meet have tiny bubbles. Interestingly the bubbles were not evident until I cleaned up the blank on a table saw. I was careful to mix both parts by weight and mixed them thoroughly. I put the blank in a pressure pot overnight to cure. The wood was unstabilized but cut and dried over a year ago. Unfortunately, I do not have a moisture meter to affirm the wood's moisture content. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

What you can try is to carefully "remove" the bubble area by either drilling or sanding it out. Then you refill it with more Slow Clear to replace what you removed.
I BELIEVE that if you have a pressure pot that's big enough to fit the wood piece in, you can also use it to remove the air from the wood before adding the Slow Clear and then there shouldn't be any bubbles BUT I don't own or use one so I'm not sure of this so can we have some of our wood turners to chime in with some help on this?
