I ordered 32 oz of "Slow Set 7", and so far it's been curing with big areas of so much bubbles, it resembles cottage cheese. The last sample casting, a small set of funnels using 15g total product, came out more like a foam! That last one I did leave out in it's measuring cups (with small lids for something else set on top) open to the air for a few hours (got distracted), so perhaps I'm partially to blame for this one, but everything else has been riddled with bubbles (above and beyond any other castings I've done).
I'm wondering, am I doing something wrong? Did I perhaps get a bad batch? There is also some kind of sediment in the darker "Part B", that was settled and kind of stuck on the bottom, and after very vigorous shaking, it eventually came loose but still was in small solid particles that would settle to the bottom easily and was visible in the mixture before curing. Unless I've been making some big mistake or there is some environmental issue where I cast, I've not gotten the product advertised. Please help.

That sounds like moisture contamination if it's got sediment looking particles in it. For Part B you should be able to filter those out to be able to use it. And as for the bubbles, have you tried the rubbing alcohol trick? Spritz on a little bit on the surface and it should bring the bubbles up and pop them quickly.
