I received a super casting kit as a gift for Christmas. When I opened the box the catalyst had leaked out some in the box. The store wont take it back because it is open and I don't have a receipt. I did a pour 11 days ago of some wheels and its still not even hard. I am able to stick a toothpick in, and it comes out sticky. Did I pour it wrong?

Yes,you poured it wrong. Sounds like the like the mix ratio was off or your poured below the minimum suggested total mix amount of aprox. 30g ("A" side and "B" side combined)

You might can salvage the pour since it sounds like you just have the base but you'll need more catalyst to add to it. And you'll need to clean off the original and be sure to scrap as much as you can back into the mixing cups and re-measure them to be sure of how much you have. Give Alumilite a call to see about getting a small bottle of catalyst if you need extra of it. Otherwise you will need to toss some of the base when the catalyst runs out. I use HS-3 all the time so I keep an extra bottle around as I had one with a leaked out bottle one time (came like that in the mail) just for problems like that.
