I read that deep pour can be used in Molds up to 2" think.
Does this mean 2" thick and any other dimensions?
can you go a bit deeper - say, 2.25" in a single pour?
can you really get bubble-free without a pressure pot?

I haven't tested it myself but that is the idea - up to 2" thick and and any other dimensions. As for over 2", I'd say do a second layer for that extra 1/4". As it's formulated for river tables, I would think that it would be no problem without a pressure pot. I don't use a pressure pot and I normally don't have a problem with bubbles in the regular Amazing Clear Cast and both are an epoxy type.
