Trying to use alumilite clear as a filler in wood turning blanks. It mixes clear, pours clear, but then shortly after it begins to form frothy, foamy bubbles. By the time it's done it looks more like white soap suds or shaving cream. Totally defeats the purpose intended. Need help.

Jackie,
Moisture...wood needs to be prepared before starting the process of wood turning, the wood needs to be dried and stabilized. Moisture involvement in any substrate you use with urethane resins will/can cause bubbles, or in cases where there is a lot of moisture froth and foam. Hence we recommend humidity be less than 5% and/or stabilize the wood.
