Or you could tint some new clear resin, pour it inside the vase, rotate it around so it coats all sides (you might need to keep it rotating on something until it sets enough to stay in one place) and bring the tint back that way. Or fill it with tinted water and leave the water in it. Once the tint is gone, there isn't much you can do to bring it back.

The tint is gone forever Notoes. Nobody ever come up with an answer as to where the tint went. I'm still very ticked off at The Alumilite Corp. and will never buy another one of their products again and will tell all my fellow woodworkers and the Bowl Turning Club i'm a member of NOT to buy Alumlite products cuz they don't stand behind their stuff.

SO which product do your fellow woodworkers and esteemed members of the Bowl Turning Club use to tint their projects? Maybe one of them knows where the Blue tint might have disappeared to. I have not used any tint yet, so I am of no help as far as what and why it happened. I'm locking this thread BECAUSE you've made your point multiple times and continue to dredge up and air your grievances 5 months after the last post.
