.... I would use 3 (or how ever many you decide) darts as the buck/master. You will need to slightly increase the size of the darts point, barrel, shaft and flight so that the darts can be placed in and taken out of the case with ease and not cause damage

hello need some help with a fishing lure, i have a old lure that was made in the 1980's and i need to start making it as one piece, this is the Spence scout which has a metal lip and a keel makes the lure impossible to hang up, this lure is made in two parts, the body is easy, but my problem is the belly parts when are separate from the body and the lip is causing me the real problem, i cant change the lure lip because that is the magic to this lure along with the keel, anyone out there that can put me on the right track, i can email you photos , will be happy to give you my email thanks sac

......Lets see if I can put this another way.... YOU will need darts....whether real ones or something you come up with, as a master as I described, to create the center portion(interior) of the holder since the center portion is contoured to the shape of the darts that you wish to place into it. You will have a 2 part mold when done....1 part will be the inside portion where the darts go (interior) and the 2nd will be everything else (exterior)

Sac, for a fishing lure you would be best served to make a mold of the original lure and pour either a one piece or two piece mold. There are some great videos on the Alumilite's Make Lures page (look at the bottom of the main page and you'll find a link to it). By making a mold of the original you can change anything you need to without messing up the original. The Make Lures is specifically for lures so it has all the right stuff you'll need to make anything you want when dealing with lures. I hope this helps.

Cheaper to buy them on AliExpress than to make them, so cheap and free shipping.

Yes buying them is an option but that is only IF you can find the exact one you want and can get it. If someone has one in hand that they love and can't find it or find one that looks similar but they can't be sure it's exactly the same until it's in their hands then making the mold themselves is a better option. Also, he wants to make some modifications so making a mold himself is the better option.
Sometimes it goes like the saying "if you want something done right, do it yourself". There is an old lure that my other half loved and happened to lose it during use and now can't find another one like it and I wish I had made a mold of it while we still had it. And if you want to make modifications to something, it's a lot better to make the mold yourself, cast a copy and modify the copy then make another mold to cast the modified lure so just buying a new lure would not be any help at all. There are a lot of heirloom lures out there that work great but you can't find them anywhere so buying them on that site is not an option.
