I’m having a problem with alumilite resin when casting it with burl, the resin actually begins to foam. Along the edges of the burl. Sometimes so bad, there’s a layer of this weird foam on the surface of the casting. Almost like foaming beer in a glass. I pressurize it to 50psi for a minimum of 2 hours. Still getting foam. And it’s happened on a variety of different burls. Any thoughts?

Foaming is usually an indication of moisture contamination. That being said, you said you pressurized it which is something I don't work with so if someone with a pressure pot could please chime in on this?
