I have a 4 sided pyramid shaped form that stands about 1 foot tall and the bottom is about 1 foot wide across each of the 4 sides. Can I pour that full of Alumilite Amazing Clear Cast without any issues or is that too much at once? If it is too much at once, what would your recommend pouring each time? Thanks for any input.

I do know that this is about 24 cups of resin. Just in case it makes this easier for anyone to answer.

The Clear has a 40 minute open time so you might not have a problem pouring that much at one time. I would measure both sides first then be sure I had a large enough container to mix that much at one time and still be sure I have mixed it long enough to be sure it is completely and thoroughly mixed. I have successfully mixed small amounts in different pours with no problems or lines.
I have also done pours where I mixed up a small amount, poured that into the mold, immediately mixed up pour #2 and poured that into the mold, and then immediately mixed up pour #3 and poured that into the mold and done that until I filled the mold - all before pour #1 has gone past the open time and had no problems or lines in the casting.
The only thing you really have to worry about is being sure you have mixed it completely and thoroughly and poured it so that you don't have any bubbles in it.

Just in case anyone else reading this was wondering, you cannot pour over about a 1" layer at a time. Their Techs only recommend 1/2" layers at once. I tried about 4 inches at once in the mould I was speaking of in the OP and it didn't turn out well at all. I will have to do it in way smaller layers. Cheers!
