Depends on which one you are using. The package should have safety directions on it or inside it if it came in a box. All Alumilite products have safety data sheets on their website. I personally have used the resins inside my house with no problems but it depends on how the environment is set up and which product you use.
Can you tell us which product you want to use? That would helps us to give you more specific safety instructions.

I've never experienced any side effects from using Alumilite products.....in fact I have poured some Amazing Clear Cast in a non ventilated room (not ventilated to the outside of the house). The hobby room is about the size of an average bedroom...with only my homes heating or central air conditioning on depending on what time of year. My wife is Asthmatic...if there is any dust particles or chemical odors in the air she breaths, she starts to have difficulty breathing....she has yet to complain the many times I have poured either Alumilites RTV Silicone or resin products.

I agree with Brian, I have allergies and I pour in the house and when I measure I bring my eye on level with the cups (that's my "eyeballing" method) so my nose is right there. And I have no problems either. I've even discovered a gas leak at work (years ago and in a large open area) before anyone else did so something inches from my face would definitely hit me.
