Hi first time here. Also first time using the green alumilite dye. And I have to say that its blue. I don't know if I got a messed up one but it's super blue. Can someone help me out. The res of the colors are great. Just not the green. James.

That's unusual, give them a call at 800-447-9344 and let them know. They're super nice and they'll get you fixed right up. Any time you have a problem, they want to know about it so they can fix it - there's nothing worse than losing a customer because there was a problem and they didn't speak up and let your fix it.

I've got the same issue with the green. Added 1 drop of the green to 8 ounces of part A (slow set clear) - that came out very muck like ocean blue. Had to add a couple of drops of yellow to get a true green.

Now it's starting to sound like something happened in the formulas. Give them a call at 800-447-9344 and let them know - if you get a sales person, ask for one of the techs or Carol and they'll get to the bottom of it for you.

Give her some time, sometimes she has to talk to others and they have to go over things to find out what happened. Plus they might still be in the middle of a transition and are trying to get things settled - I saw that they added a new line and I know that they've revamped some formulas as my new Plat 25 came not long ago and the finished molds from that come out with a "frosted" look instead of the yellow I'm used to. So it might take a little while but she will get to the bottom of it for you. Did you be sure to leave a phone number or email so she can get back to you?

Just talked to mike about the same thing. He said send pics and tell him my plastic formula and he will go out in the shop and preform the same thing and let me know how it comes out. I’ll update as soon as I get a response

It's not you, my green does the same exact thing. Once cast it is identical to the Ocean Blue. I solved the issue by adding yellow to the green. Now it is Perfect!
