Hi Alumilite, I typically use Vaseline or Vegetable Oil as a lubricant for pouring resin or wax, would these be acceptable when pouring cement?

Into what kind of mold ... if it is silicone ... you shouldn't need it. I've read Pam cooking spray works well for it.
Yes Vaseline or Veg Oil should work but it always best to test it first.

Hi Mike, thanks for the reply. I have 2 types of mold product: 1.LMR 2.Flex 70 I have a couple questions about using the Flex 70 when pouring it for making a mold. I typically use a polyurethane to coat my models, would this create a problem using the Flex 70 as it is a urethane as well? and if so what would be something too use in place of? I assume that the for-mentioned lubricants would serve for the pouring of a Flex 70 Mold?

I would simply use our Stoner Mold Release which is made for releasing urethanes and will release the urethane from urethane without a problem.
(just a side note ... it will act as a primer if you pour silicone against it though)
