Hello, I'm looking for a very rigid casting resin that is also resistant to uv breakdown and other weather conditions.
P 80D seems to be the ticket, but I do not have a means of pressure degassing. Is this still the best product to use despite not being able to do this?
Thanks!

It is probably the best as far as performance goes even without degassing although great should be taken to avoid introducing air into the mix. I'd mix a small amount ... 1-2 oz of each side and mix slowly and thoroughly to make sure you will not introduce too much air that will negatively impact the part and pouring that mixture into a cup to test. This will give you an idea of the amount of air you should anticipate in your cast piece. Painting the Performance 80 with an acrylic paint/primer ... I use Krylon ColorMaster Paint + Primer with Durable CoverMax ... to cover, color, and protect the urethane from exterior elements.

Great. Thanks for the response Mike. I'll give the product a whorl.
