Love these products, have spent years working on music instrument parts and playing around. The RC-3 is working the best for me and everything is great except the hardness. I'm trying to make parts with a density of bone/ivory, etc. and using the porcelain powder. Sometimes the results are ok but if I could increase the hardness by about 20% would be ideal as there is contact with guitar strings, etc. and they seem to form grooves too quickly. I have to get a harder surface and wondering if there's an additive I could use, etc. Any ideas on this would be really appreciated.!

Maulana,
I would suggest looking at the Performance 80D. It is our hardest resin and I think it could do what you are looking for a resin to do. It is not quite 20% but the hardest we have Maulana. You can read the tech specs on the website next to the product along with other information on the 80D. It is not the tan color it has more transparent then the opaque RC3. It can be dyed if need be with the same dyes used in all the other urethane resins.
Have a great Monday!
Regards,
Carol
