Hi Mike and Carol. I found a can of RTV High Strength 3 base, and I can't tell you how long it's been around. Some time is my guess. I opened it and it appeared to be normal but, after I tried to stir it, it reacted like the "Blob" of the same movie name. It appeared to want to mix but, it is very rubbery. Can this be thinned out just enough to mix it? I also have a partial can of good 3 base. Will adding some of the good base help the blob base? I'm going to try it and let you know what happens.

Good Afternoon Radikarz,
Hope your day is a good one, nice bright sunshine here in Michigan, might I add ... FINALLY! {grin}
I wouldn't mix the two together Radikarz if it is that thick I would say it is easily past the recommended shelf life of 8 months to year (dependent upon storage). No there isn't really anything I would suggest to thin it with to make it usable and to be sure that it would cure properly. If you go ahead and try, would love the results!
Thanks Radikarz, appreciate you and your experiment!!
Have a great day!
Regards,
Carol
