What is the minimum pressure you recommend for casting Alumilite clear. I've been using 60psi but it really stresses my cheap pressure pot. Thanks.

Alan,
The minimum amount of pressure we recommend is 35 PSI. I am told by many... as well as usage here that right round 45-50 seems to be the consensus.

Do i have to use a pressure pot for casting the white or the clear? I am in a couple of casting groups and they tell me that i have to use a pressure pot with Alumilite. Yet I have seen videos where a pot was not used. I would like to get an answer from the people that actually make the product. Thank you very much

Rickk,
The white you do not need to pressure cast, you can if you elect to. The Alumilite Clear, it is pretty much a must to have no bubbles, it is a bit thicker viscosity and a different formula than the white and regular resins.

Carol
Wishing you and yours a Happy Holiday!
