I use several different types of your resin in my castings and mostly just degass them but of course In still get some small bubbles in the parts from time to time. when pressurizing the resin say the Alumilite Clear which has a short cure time compared to Alumilite water should I pressurize for the full length of the cure time listed on the different resins or is there a good set time that you can pull them out of the pot. Thank you. Dan

You need to leave it under pressure until the resin hardens up enough to not allow the bubbles (you were holding in crushed position) to expand back to their normal size when it is removed from pressure. For the Alumilite Clear (depending on mass ... the bigger the mass, typically the shorter the time), I'd recommend a minimum of 30-45 minutes and a rule of thumb would be 1 hour under pressure prior to removing it from the pot.
