It is by weight and the country, to which is New Zealand. We do have a dealer/distributor in New Zealand, you can find their information on the website under Dealers/New Zealand.
If you would like a quote for shipping direct you can email me or call with what you wish to purchase and an address. I can than give you a shipping quote... which will not include duties, taxes, or other fees your may incur when it is delivered to you in New Zealand. We usually ship FEDEX internationally.
Product prices for varying sizes are listed on the website, we do have larger sizes than listed if you would like a quote on any of hose Skyduo.
