Hi I made an XPS foam mold in order to make a composite part of carbon and resin. The problem is that in the infusion process when the air has removed there some deformations in my mold. My mold is not thick enough. If I could i would make a new one,but because of the circumstances i have to keep the same mold. Can you suggest a solution in order to avoid the deformations ??

I've never had to use this, but balloons might help. It would take the place of the air but again - I've never used it so it's only a thought of what might help.
