I sent a message to your support email on July 31st, but no one has replied. I recently purchased another order of Flex 60 ( Order ID: 139231 ) and my Part A appears to be separating and large chunks of white flakes are suspended in the solution. I've ordered this many times before and have had great success, but I've wasted nearly an entire gallon of this batch and each time have white specks covering my finished product and are unusable. Please see attached image for an example. Could you please send me a replacement order? I'd like to resume my production soon. The pictures are not showing up, could you upload them to the thread instead? I'd really like to see them as I've got some Flex 30 and will be trying it for the first time. Also sometimes it's better to contact the tech team by phone using the 800 number on the website, it's what I usually do and you get someone on the phone right away. Sometimes they get busy and emails sometimes get lost but I haven't had a phone call go bad since if I can't get though right away (on the phone) I just wait a couple minutes and call again.

Brad,
I'm glad we have hopefully resolved this and have been able to communicate. We did have some phone issues, but glad we finally were able to speak via email. Please keep me posted on the heating and straining of the product. I do believe it should resolve it, please call and let me know.
