I would like to create about a dozen tiles, 16 x 16 inches and an inch thick. I am looking to cast these out of a material I can afford and which is recyclable. Any suggestions?

Hardlec,
All of our products are on line with cost and volume of products up to the 2 gallon kit. If you would like to call, I would be happy to give you cost in larger volumes, along with shipping cost to your location. The polyurethane resins are not recyclable.
There is shrinkage involved with unfilled polyurethane resins in larger sizes (16X16) it will be noticeable. Dry fillers can be used to eliminate that issue to achieve very close to the dimensions you need of 16X16 inches.
My other question would be are these wall tiles or floor tiles, possibly another type of tile? Will they be indoors/outdoors?
