I'm looking to try to cast various rubber/soft plastic parts. Is there any resin that will mimic the flexible but relatively durable qualities of rubber? Examples include: Hard rubber/soft plastic dash pad on an ATV, Mud flaps for an ATV (Firm rubber), Rubber "accordion style" shock boots (soft rubber), ATV fuel tank bushings (medium/soft rubber). Thanks in advance for any feedback or advice!

Yes, the Flex series casting urethane rubbers will fit the bill. They vary from hard like a roller blade wheel (Flex 80) to soft like a kitchen spatula (Flex 30).
Sorry for the slow response. Mike

I need to reproduce some rubber bushing isolators used on the suspension on a 1958 Ford with rare air suspension. What products should I use for creating a mold and yhen to cast the rubber components?

I need to reproduce some rubber bushing isolators used on the suspension on a 1958 Ford with rare air suspension. What products should I use for creating a mold and then to cast the rubber components? Fellow antique Ford owner here.... Is there any way to use/ does someone make urethane bushing isolators? Reason I ask is that it will, more than likely, cost less in the long run to purchase the isolators them selves verses purchasing the materials needed to cast your own. I haven't done it yet on my Gran Torinos front and rear sway bars....replacing the rubber bushings with urethane bushings....heres a link to the company that has the parts for the '76 Gran Torino..... not sure what may or may not work on your '58.... www.energysuspensionparts.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI9NrMgt-M9QIViSZMCh0fIwsEEAAYASAAEgItn_D_BwE If you still cant find what your looking for, post a picture of the isolator and we'll take it from there.
