What resin would recommend for making a 3" diameter water pump impeller?

Richard,
Typically the resin is not used for impellers or propellers because of the thickness on them. The resins will not stand up to the impact that usually those items have to take. If it donn't take an impact and it is thicker than 1/4" the one to be tested for performance for that application would be the Performance 80D.
