I am using alumni lite clear and am making hybrid knife handles. My question is when trying to pour more than one color the colors tend to mottle each other or leach into each other. Is there a way to stop this?

Best way I've done is to mix two complete batches with different colors and pour them separately into the mold in the random fashion you are looking for.
They will have a tendency to blend as they are the same material. It would be like trying to pour an Arnold Palmer (1/2 tea and 1/2 lemonade) and trying to keep them separate.
One thing I have done in an attempt to keep them as separate as possible is to stagger the mix times. Start one (blue), then wait 2-3 minutes and start the next color (red). As soon as the red is mixed well, pour the two together. They will still migrate together but not as bad as starting them both at the same time. They will cure in stages ... blue then red ... but they will fuse together chemically and should give you a little better separation.
That would be my only suggestion to try to keep them separate as much as possible.
